About Me

My Approach
My therapy style is collaborative and client-centered. I believe therapy works best when you feel heard, respected, and empowered to be an active part of your own growth. Together, we will identify goals that reflect your needs, values, and vision for your life while creating a warm, accepting, and nonjudgmental space where you can better understand yourself, explore what matters most to you, and feel more confident making choices that align with who you are. I believe every client is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet you where you are.

What to Expect
You can expect a warm, safe, and supportive environment where you feel heard and accepted. I take a strengths-based, client-centered approach that honors your ability to determine your own goals and path forward. Together, we'll explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

What I Want You to Know About Therapy
Seeking support is a natural and valuable part of life. Therapy isn't just for times of crisis—it's an opportunity to better understand yourself, feel more grounded and fulfilled, and build the confidence to navigate life's challenges. My hope is to help make therapy feel accessible, comfortable, and rewarding while empowering you to create meaningful change.

A Little About Me
Outside of work, I love listening to live music, reading just about anything I can get my hands on, and exploring different forms of art. I stay grounded through self-care, spending time in nature, connecting with my community, and making memories with friends through travel, concerts, and trying new restaurants. One thing people are often surprised to learn is that I served in many leadership roles with my son's Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts, including coordinating countless adventures. One of our proudest accomplishments was backpacking more than 55 miles at Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico.
