About Me

My Approach
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood and empowered. Together, we'll build on your strengths, develop practical tools and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

My perspective as a therapist has been shaped by both my professional training as a social worker and the life experiences that have taught me about resilience, grief, healing and hope. Those experiences allow me to approach each client with deep empathy and an understanding that everyone's journey is unique. It is a privilege to walk alongside others as they discover their own strength and move toward the life they want to create.

What to Expect
Therapy is a partnership. We'll identify your goals, celebrate progress and navigate challenges together while creating a space where you can be your authentic self. My hope is that each session leaves you feeling supported, encouraged, and more confident in your ability to move forward.

What I Want You to Know About Therapy
You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Seeking support is a sign of strength, and therapy can help you better understand yourself, build healthier relationships, and create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. You deserve a space where your experiences are valued and you don't have to carry everything on your own.

A Little About Me
When I'm not in the office, I love spending time outdoors whether that's kayaking, camping, relaxing by a campfire or enjoying the sunshine near a river or the beach. I also enjoy landscaping my property, spending time with my family, friends and my dog, Scarlett. A fun fact about me is that I played the piano for 15 years, but would have to reteach myself at this point in life.
