We provided mental health counseling in an office setting and telehealth services that can be utilized anywhere in the state of Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Virginia and Maine. We focus on you as the client and together work toward your goals.

We additionally offer ESA Letter services and LCSW Supervision.

EMDR (trauma therapy), Couples Therapy, Family Therapy (with Johanna), CBT, OCD modalities, Play Therapy, Disordered Eating modalities, Mindfulness, Strengths Based, Person Centered, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT modalities.
