About Me
My Approach
I take a warm, supportive and strengths-based approach to therapy. I believe you already possess the resilience needed for growth, and my role is to help you recognize those strengths while providing a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore life's challenges. Together, we'll work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
What to Expect
Our sessions are collaborative and tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we may explore past experiences, attachment styles and behavioral patterns to better understand how they shape your present. My goal is to help you gain insight, build on your strengths and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
What I Want You to Know About Therapy
Therapy isn't about being "fixed", it's about creating a safe space to explore your experiences, understand patterns that may be impacting your life and relationships and build on the strengths you already possess. You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy, and you don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. Reaching out for support is often the first step toward meaningful growth and healing.
A Little About Me
When I'm not working, you'll find me reading, gardening, crafting, listening to music or spending time with my family, friends and pets. I enjoy finding joy in the little things and believe that balance, connection and creativity are important parts of overall well-being.
