About Me

My Approach

I believe therapy works best when it is honest, collaborative and centered around you. I strive to create a supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself while also being challenged to grow. My approach is client-centered, meaning we work together to identify your goals, navigate obstacles and build the tools you need to create meaningful, lasting change.

What to Expect

You set the topics, and I'll help guide the process. Whether you're talking through a recent situation or processing something bigger, sessions are collaborative, supportive and tailored to your needs. I'll meet you where you are while offering tools, insights and interventions to help you grow.

What I Want You to Know About Therapy

The relationship you have with your therapist matters. Feeling comfortable, supported and understood is an important part of the process. Therapy can also be uncomfortable at times as growth often happens when we are willing to explore difficult thoughts, feelings and experiences. The goal isn't to avoid discomfort, but to work through it in a safe and supportive space.

A Little About Me

When I'm not working, you'll find me find me working out, reading, spending time with my husband and our cat, Pickles, and going to Steelers and Pitt Panther football games.
